Tetris® Beat – Apple Arcade Privacy Policy

Your privacy is very important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how N3twork Inc. (“N3twork,” “we,” or “us”) collects, uses, and discloses information we receive from your (“you” or “users”) use of the Tetris® Beat app, made available to you by Apple through its Apple Arcade service (“Tetris Beat”). By installing and using Tetris Beat, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

Tetris Beat relies on services provided by Apple. For information on data stored by Apple services, please refer to Apple’s Privacy Policy. We do not store personal information or gameplay data on our servers. All data described in this Privacy Policy is stored locally on your device or sent only to Apple.

We do not share data from Tetris Beat with advertising companies. We do not use vendors or analytics providers to collect, track, transmit, or maintain user data in Tetris Beat.

You may decline to store data in Apple iCloud or to send data to the Apple Game Center. To turn off iCloud data storage, you must turn off iCloud in Apple Settings for Games. If you decline to have your data stored in iCloud and Game Center, you will only be able to play offline and your progress will not be saved across your Apple devices.

If you contact us through customer support or other means, our use of your personal information is covered by the N3twork privacy policy.

The California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) provides California residents specific rights in connection with the collection, use, storage, disclosure, and processing of information that identifies, relates to, describes, references, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or device. Children’s Privacy

Tetris Beat collects, uses, and discloses data from children in the same way as for other users as described in this policy. If you are a parent, you can decline to have that data collected from your child by turning off iCloud for the game and signing your child out of Game Center.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. which will be made available here. We will also update the “effective date” at the top of this Privacy Policy. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
